Finally! Manga Beastars Will Be Adapted Into Anime

HMV sales show the cover of Akita Shoten's 10th edition of Weekly Shonen Champion magazine, which announced. That the Itagaki Lung BEASTARS Manga will get its anime adaptation. The magazine will be sent on Thursday.

The cover also announces the anime adaptation of the Mairimashita manga! Iruma-kun by Osamu Nishi. The magazine informed the important announcement for the second manga last week.

Paru Itagaki launched the Beastars manga in Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine in September 2016. Akita Shoten published the 11th compiled book volume on November 8 and will publish the 12th volume on Friday. Viz Media has licensed the series for North America

The manga takes place in a world of carnivores and herbivores, where there is a lot of hope, love, and anxiety. Regoshi is a wolf who is a member of Cherryton Academy's drama club, and even though he's a wolf, he's very sensitive. The manga follows the adolescent life of Regoshi and many other animals.

The manga won the 11th Manga Taisho awards in March 2018. The series also won a New Face Award at the 21st Japan Media Arts Festival Awards in March 2018, and also ranked at #2 on the Kono Manga ga Sugoi! male readers list in December 2017.
